Our standard processing time typically ranges from 1 - 10 business days, excluding peak periods and transit time.

EXPRESS Transit time:

Local: approximately 1-3 business days

Worldwide EXPRESS: approximately 2-5 business days

During sales events, please note that the processing time will be extended due to the high volume of orders we receive.

Do note that we are unable to accept orders with PO BOX addresses. In the event a customer provides a PO BOX address, it is important to understand that any incurred shipping charges and additional fees cannot be refunded. Moreover, should a reshipment be necessary, the expenses will be borne by the customer.

Once orders have been dispatched, it is not possible to make changes to the shipping address.

We would like to emphasise that we cannot be held accountable for any delays in shipment caused by factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, international customs issues, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

Kindly note that all sales are final, and we currently do not accept returns or cancellations.



For international orders, please be aware that customers may be liable for taxes, customs duties, and import fees in addition to shipping costs depending on the country. Customers bear full responsibility for all associated expenses. These charges must be settled with the local customs office prior to receiving the order.

Please be aware that we have no control over these charges. We advise contacting your local customs office for further clarification.

Kindly note that in the event a customer refuses to accept the delivery of the parcel or filled up an incorrect address, all shipping costs, customs charges, handling fees, and return shipping costs to the sender, will be charged to the customer. These charges will be deducted from the refund. If the refund amount is insufficient to cover the charges, no refund will be issued for the order.


Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an email containing the order details as a confirmation of its receipt. However, please be aware that this email does not signify the acceptance of the order, and we retain the right to decline order processing at our discretion.

Once your order(s) have been processed, you will receive a subsequent email containing the tracking information which serves as proof of shipment. Please be aware that we will not be held responsible for any lost, missing or damaged mail.


For a return to be eligible, it must be initiated within 15 days **from the date of package delivery and the item must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, and unwashed.

The customer bears the responsibility for covering both the return shipping costs to our facility and any additional expenses incurred during the return process. Additionally, the customer is also responsible for the shipping cost associated with returning the parcel back to them.

Prior to shipment, all items undergo quality control checks. However, if you have received a defective item or an incorrect order, please contact us via email at along with your order ID. Kindly include clear pictures illustrating the defective item(s) or the incorrect order received. We will provide further instructions within 24-48 hours.

You have the option to return the item(s) within 15 days of receiving them, provided they are in their original condition, unused, unworn, and unwashed. The postage expenses for returning the item(s) to us will be fully reimbursed. In the event that the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued.
