Please allow 7 days for your order(s) to be processed due to high volume of orders we are receiving. For local courier delivery, please allow 1-3 days for your order(s) to arrive. For international courier delivery, it will take 10-12 working days for the order(s) to arrive, depending on your location.
Couriers are selected based on the most efficient delivery for each order.
Free-shipping will be available for orders above USD$190.

WHAT IS OUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
We currently do not accept exchanges. Therefore, we highly recommend customers to refer to the measurements on our size charts to ensure a comfortable fit.

Yes we do provide international courier service which includes tracking of your order.
TAXES, CUSTOM & HANDLING CHARGES?
International customers are required to pay for custom duties in addition to shipping costs in certain countries e.g UK. We are not liable to make payment on behalf of our customers.
WHAT HAPPENS TO LOST/MISSING MAIL?
You will receive a tracking number for your order once it has been packed and mailed, and we will not be liable for any lost or missing mail.
WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
If you have received a defective item or a wrong order, kindly drop us an email at Ahead.email@example.com with your order ID, and attach pictures clearly showing the defective item/wrong order(s) received. Further instructions will be given within 24-48 hours.
You may return the item(s) in its original condition, unused and unworn, within 10 days upon receiving it. Postage will be fully reimbursed. However, if the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be made.
