Due to recent adjustments in U.S. import regulations, certain shipments may now incur custom duties or import taxes, even for orders under USD$800. These assessments are determined by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and are beyond our control.
All shipments are delivered under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. This means that import duties, taxes, customs charges, handling fees, and any other import-related costs are not included at checkout.
Customers are fully responsible for settling any applicable charges directly with the courier or CBP to ensure timely delivery of their parcels.
Please note: In the event that a customer refuses to accept delivery, no refund will be issued for the order.

Once orders has been dispatched, we regret that it is not possible to modify the shipping address.
While we always strive for punctual delivery, please note that delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control — including adverse weather conditions, customs inspections, or other unforeseen circumstance.
We are unable to delivery to P.O. Box addresses. Should a P.O Box address be provided, any incurred shipping charges and related fees will not be refundable. In cases where a reshipment is required, the associated costs will be borne by the customer.
Kindly note that all sales are final, and we currently do not accept returns or cancellations.

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email summarising your order details. Please note that this confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order, and AHEAD CO.™ reserves the right to decline or cancel an order at our discretion.
Once your order(s) has been processed and dispatched, a second email containing tracking information will be sent to you as proof of shipment. Please be aware that AHEAD CO.™ cannot be held responsible for any lost, missing, or damaged parcels once they have been handed over to the courier.

To be eligible for a return, the request must be initiated within 15 days from the date of delivery, and the item must remain unused and in its original condition.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs to our facility, as well as any additional expenses incurred during the return process. Should an exchange be approved, the shipping cost for the replacement item will also be borne by the customer.

Each item undergoes strict quality control checks prior to shipment. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or an incorrect order, please contact us at customers@ahead-co.com and include your order ID along with clear photographs of the affected item. Our team will provide further instructions within 24-48 hours.
Should a return be necessary, the item must be sent back within 15 days of receipt and remain in its original condition. All return postage costs for defective or incorrect items will be fully reimbursed. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued.
