How do I track my order?

After we've prepared your order(s), you'll receive an e-mail with the tracking information. 

Why is the price different when I'm checking out?

Item(s) will be charged in USD at check out. Do not worry about any additional charges as this is just an auto conversion feature. You can also double check your bank/account statement to verify this issue after payment is made.

What is your exchange/cancellation policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We currently do not accept exchanges/cancellations. Therefore, we highly recommend customers to refer to the measurements on our size charts to ensure a comfortable fit.

Do you provide International delivery?

Yes we do provide international courier service which includes tracking of your order.

What is your returns policy?

If you have received a defective item or a wrong order, kindly drop us an email at Ahead.customer@hotmail.com with your order ID, and attach pictures clearly showing the defective item/wrong order(s) received. Further instructions will be given within 24-48 hours.

You may return the item(s) in its original condition, unused and unworn, within 10 days upon receiving it. Postage will be fully reimbursed. However, if the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be made.
