How long will my order arrive?

Orders will be shipped within 3-5 days from when the order was placed. For local courier delivery, please allow 1-3 days for your order(s) to arrive. For international courier delivery, it will take 10-12 working days for the order(s) to arrive, depending on your location. 

Couriers are selected based on the most efficient delivery for each order. 

How do I track my order?

After we've prepared your order(s), you'll receive an e-mail with the tracking information. 

What is your exchange policy?

We currently do not accept exchanges. Therefore, we highly recommend customers to refer to the measurements on our size charts to ensure a comfortable fit.

Do you provide International delivery?

Yes we do provide international courier service which includes tracking of your order.

What happens to lost/missing mail?

You will receive a tracking number for your order once it has been packed and mailed, and we will not be liable for any lost or missing mail.

What is your returns policy?

If you have received a defective item or a wrong order, kindly drop us an email at Ahead.customer@hotmail.com with your order ID, and attach pictures clearly showing the defective item/wrong order(s) received. Further instructions will be given within 24-48 hours.

You may return the item(s) in its original condition, unused and unworn, within 10 days upon receiving it. Postage will be fully reimbursed. However, if the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be made.
