We have partnered up with DHL Express to provide our international customers the best shipping experience.

***Express shipping cost is absorbed by us to avoid the constant fluctuation of surcharges due to the impact of Covid-19 Pandemic on the shipping industry.

PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 1-7 business days for your order(s) to be processed due to the high volume of orders we are receiving. Do note that on sales/peak period, processing speed may be impacted.

*Please note that we currently do not accept orders with addresses directed to a PO box. The order will be cancelled and refunded.

TAXES, CUSTOM & HANDLING CHARGES (***UPDATED AS OF 14TH JULY 2021)

International orders may be subjected to pay for custom duties in addition to shipping costs. As of 14th July 2021, custom duties will be included in the order at the checkout page as we have switched to DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) instead of our previous DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). The price you see at the checkout page is the price you pay.
That being said, you will now be able to enjoy a heavily SUBSIDIZED rate as a result of the partnership we have with DHL EXPRESS SINGAPORE. Upon delivery, you will no longer be required to pay for custom duties as we will be paying on behalf of our customers, ensuring a smoother purchase process.

TRACKING ORDER

Once we have processed your order(s), you will receive an email with the tracking information. 

LOST/MISSING MAIL

You will receive a tracking number for your order once it has been processed, as a proof that we have shipped your order. We will not be liable for any lost or missing mail.

SIZE EXCHANGE

Returns must be sent back within 30 days of the package delivery date and return costs shall be at the expense of the customer. Therefore, we highly recommend customers to refer to the measurements on our size charts to ensure a comfortable fit. RETURNS

All sales are final. We currently do not accept returns/cancellations.

WRONG/DEFECTED ORDER

All items are QC’d before shipping out. However, if you have received a defective item or a wrong order, kindly drop us an email at Customers@ahead-co.com with your order ID, and attach pictures clearly showing the defective item/wrong order(s) received. Further instructions will be given within 24-48 hours.

You may return the item(s) in its original condition, unused and unworn, within 30 days upon receiving it. Postage will be fully reimbursed. However, if the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be made.
